How Does the New Press Improve Safety?
Building on KSY's standard triple protection (emergency stop, safety light curtain, and two-hand control), the new press adds 【new safety feature, e.g. Safety Radar】 to 【Reduces the risk of injury by preventing anyone from reaching in to take samples while the machine is in operation.】. We will run live demonstrations at the booth so visitors can see how the machine responds when something goes wrong.
Smaller Motor, Same Speed: What Does It Mean for Your Factory?
The new press reduces motor power from 【3 HP】 to 【2 HP】 while keeping the same pressing speed, thanks to 【optimized hydraulic circuit】. For factories, this means lower power consumption (approx. 【33%】) and reduced electricity costs over time, with no trade-off in productivity.
